## Description

We are seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Consultants to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in Germany. As a Pharmaceutical Consultant, you will work closely with our life science customers to support them through flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Achieving sales and market share targets in your designated area for vaccines

- Building strategic relationships with doctors and pharmacies in your area

- Developing and implementing creative, scalable engagement formats for doctors and pharmacies that go beyond traditional face-to-face visits

- Managing your territory independently and considering regional peculiarities

- Analyzing market, competitive, and customer needs in your region and deriving measures and action plans

- Having a high willingness to travel and work flexibly from home

Requirements:

- Completed studies (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences) or a comparable qualification according to §75 AMG

- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of pharmaceutical sales, ideally in the vaccine or infection area

- Experience in building new channels or alternative distribution channels

- Digital affinity and experience with digital tools/channels (e.g., CRM, e-detailing, HCP online engagement, messenger)

- Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly willing to travel and be flexible

- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, as well as very good German and good English skills

- Team-oriented personality with transparent, open communication
