## Description

Anchorage Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Trader to drive revenue growth and institutional adoption of its Prime Financing platform. The Prime Financing business is a high-growth business line within the Global Markets franchise, specializing in originating structured lending and credit solutions for crypto-native and TradFi institutions.

As a Credit Trader, you will:

- Structure, price, and manage bespoke credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement trades, and collateralized loan agreements using BTC, ETH, and other digital assets.

- Work closely with sales and risk teams to convert pipeline, manage credit exposure, and deliver capital-efficient financing solutions.

- Execute various credit structures, from credit agreements to control agreements.

- Develop new credit structures, agreements, and documentation as the loan portfolio mix changes.

- Take a solutions-based approach to originating solutions to client needs and drive revenue growth in diverse market conditions.

- Negotiate, prepare, and close all legal contracts within the lending business.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify and structure credit opportunities to scale the lending business.

- Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines to optimize utilization, yield, and funding.

- Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current and future funding facilities across CeFi and DeFi.

- Originate and manage key external funding partner relationships.

- Regularly analyze risk levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products structuring, preferably at a tier 1 investment bank.

- Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially as relates to financing, preferably with experience at a top crypto platform.

- Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions and startups.

- Strong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products.

- Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales, and business teams.

- Highly collaborative, team-player mindset.

- Entrepreneurial drive, with creativity and initiative to deliver solutions to client demand and generate revenue.

- Strong risk management acumen and experience developing processes and control frameworks to ensure sustainable, risk-managed growth.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized method of working.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
