## Description

The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products in assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver promotional science-based messages on products to support healthcare professionals in meeting patient needs.

- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.

- Spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations within assigned territories.

- Develop and maintain relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs).

- Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as a source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs.

- Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products.

- Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and submit operational/admin reports.

- Ensure coordination with team members and territory counterparts.

- Perform other official duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Adhere to company values and policies at all times.

- Conduct business in accordance with ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- College graduate of a 4 or 5-year course.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Healthcare Representative (PHR).

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Valid Med Rep PRC.

- Valid driver's license.

- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
