## Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to work on administrative and technical positions, including engineers, project managers, planners, technical specialists, and more. This is a full cycle recruitment role with 100% office work.

**Requirements:**

- Higher education

- Experience in personnel selection (technical roles will be a plus)

- Ability to build quality communication with candidates and hiring managers

- Competent oral and written language

- Self-organization, ability to work with multiple vacancies in parallel

- Confident PC user (CRM / ATS / HRMS / Google Sheets)

**Responsibilities:**

- Full cycle recruitment of technical and administrative roles

- Search and attraction of candidates through various channels

- Conducting interviews

- Communication with department heads at all stages of selection

- Formation of offers, support for the candidate until onboarding

- Participation in welcome day and onboarding of new employees

- Providing feedback to candidates

- Work with internal HR documentation

- Participation in other HR processes of the team
