Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work Monday to Saturday with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team
