## Description

We are seeking US Immigration professionals to join our Consular & Document practice team across EMEA. As a Senior Consultant, you will manage a caseload of US immigration matters, including reviewing and preparing forms, support letters, and maintaining accurate case files. You will also oversee and support junior team members, contribute to projects, billing, and finance, and provide wider support for Managers and Attorneys.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day team activities and provide guidance on US immigration

- Mentor and train team members

- Perform intake of cases and ensure correct setup on Connect

- Prepare petition-based US immigration matters, including family and business immigration cases

- Prepare US consular cases, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters

- Maintain client contact information

- Provide coverage to other Consultants during absence periods

- Take on additional projects as required

Requirements:

- Previous US immigration experience

- Strong background in a client-facing role

- Team leadership experience

- Ability to follow senior staff instructions

- Develop strong working relationships with team members

- Plan workload with conflicting deadlines

- Accurate work style with attention to detail

- Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems
