## Description

We are looking for a student to participate in our internship programme and contribute to improving the health of billions of people.

**Job Details:**

- Master's degree in Engineering, Production, Project Management, or similar fields at a European educational institution.

- Fluent in French, with a good understanding of English.

- The internship will last for at least 6 months and will take place on-site.

- The internship must be mandatory and part of a school curriculum.

- A tripartite agreement must be signed by GSK, the student, and the university.

- The internship will not be paid, but certain expenses will be reimbursed.

**Responsibilities:**

- Align GSK Production System (GPS) standards with strategic initiatives of production units.

- Train, coach, and accompany teams in applying GPS standards.

- Manage or contribute to continuous improvement projects using LEAN tools.

- Analyze GPS maturity, track performance evolution, and recommend improvement actions.

- Participate in the implementation or optimization of performance monitoring tools.

- Participate in solution design and business case development.

- Support project managers and production supervisors.

- Provide constructive feedback to improve GPS practices and methodologies.

- Promote GPS behaviors, work methods, and culture.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerApp.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to structure, plan, and prioritize activities.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and interest in continuous improvement approaches.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
