## Description

We are looking for a Strategic Operations Lead to build and shape the long-term system for a fast-growing, high-stakes function. As a strategic thought partner and hands-on operator, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to bring ideas to life quickly and iterate as the business evolves.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Establish key metrics and compensation models

- Evaluate performance of the business, drivers and trends, and guide targeted action plans

- Build, refine and optimize headcount and capacity models to ensure the right investments

- Build, refine and optimize segmentation and coverage modeling to ensure the right service model for revenue growth

- Develop and operationalize frameworks such as health signals, customer maturity models and playbooks that drive usage and growth

- Create and operationalize dashboards that surface the right KPIs and insights to drive action

- Develop and operationalize an end-to-end operating cadence for the leadership team

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring concepts to life rapidly

- Incorporate a global mindset into your work

**Requirements:**

- Experience in Sales or Customer Strategy and Operations

- Experience with pre-sales, direct sales and technical services teams

- Builder mindset with strong analytical and modeling skills

- Strong operations mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills

- Strong project management skills

**Nice to Have:**

- Consulting, finance and/or data science background

- Customer-facing experience

- Experience in Business Operations, Sales or Services strategy & ops

- Experience with company strategy, localization, pricing, consumption-based pricing, and customer frameworks
