## Description

The Corporate Strategy team at Adobe works closely with top executives and business units to ensure the company's fast growth trajectory. As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team and manage project teams to drive Adobe's long-term growth. You might also lead independent initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage project teams to drive Adobe's long-term growth

- Lead independent initiatives

- Work closely with senior executives and business units

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change

- Intellectual curiosity and deep interest in the technology landscape

- Ability to build 'outside-in' POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations

- Structured thinker with ability to break down big problems into discrete elements

- Hypothesis-led problem solver with executive presence

- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills

- Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching/mentoring

- Undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred)
