## Description

Informatica is seeking a French Speaking Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide world-class technical support to Informatica customers, partners, and internal teams.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide best-in-class technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.

- Manage customer issues and escalations within the Salesforce CRM system.

- Analyse and reproduce problems, and manage customer expectations throughout the technical support lifecycle.

- Collaborate with regional partners on proactive support, enablement, and guidance.

- Follow up on actions in a timely manner with attention to detail.

- Coordinate with other teams to identify, report, and resolve product defects.

- Handle customer situations with diplomacy, sensitivity, confidentiality, and discretion.

**Requirements:**

- Fluent French speaker with excellent verbal and written skills in English.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer/Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum 1+ year of industry experience in supporting mission-critical software components.

- Strong technical, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Java, relational database management, Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
