## Description

As a Patient Service Coordinator at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reconciling patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines

- Verifying insurance coverage and managing benefits

- Obtaining authorizations and prior authorizations

- Managing over-the-counter collections and reconciling charges weekly and monthly

- Maintaining relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

We offer a competitive salary range of $19-$21/hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401K with match, and paid time off.
