## Description

We are seeking an Outlet Database Maintainer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA outlet database under close guidance or supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform daily maintenance of the outlet master file for US production

- Solicit, gather, and validate information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference records

- Perform daily bridging of outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database

- Respond to outlet-related queries

- Work on client-specific projects with varying nature and business rules

- Maintain work allocation sheets containing client-required details that vary from one project to another

- Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead

- Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in any science and technology field

- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills

- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work under time constraints and with minimal supervision

- Willingness to work night shifts
