## Description

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores. You must service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull's executional standards.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in a training program to become eligible to interview for Account Sales Manager roles.

- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products.

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product.

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.

- Obtain necessary tools to execute the daily plan and communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers.

- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.

- At least 21 years old.

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

- English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
