## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Brent Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll work varied shifts including Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 05:00-10:15. Please note that an additional £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, flexible role requiring digital confidence and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a Christmas-specific role, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
