**Job Responsibilities :**

- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Monitor order status, inventory reconciliation, and return merchandise activities to maintain operational accuracy.

- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and service providers to optimize fulfillment operations and service levels.

- Prepare operational reports, maintain data accuracy, and support Certificate of Origin applications.

- Maintain engineering sample records, coordinate sample allocation and tracking, and support stakeholder inquiries.

- Follow up on outstanding actions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

**Pre-Requisites :**

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.

- Experience managing end-to-end order processing, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Highly organized with strong planning, coordination, and follow-through capabilities.

- Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
