## Description

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Bagley, MN.

As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for patients affected by injury or disease

- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

- Document patient information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

- Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises

- Demonstrate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of patients

Requirements:

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure

- Must be licensed in the state of practice as a Physical Therapist

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

We offer a competitive salary range of $36.00 - $52.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 with a commitment.
