## Description

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients, helping them achieve remarkable progress on their rehabilitation journey.

The role involves:

- Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy

- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns

- Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery

- Celebrating every victory along the way

The ideal candidate will have:

- A current state license as a Physical Therapist

- CPR certification

- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program

- A minimum of two years of physical therapy experience

- Active on Therapy Clinical ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred
