## Description

Join our Dealer Operations Team in Szentendre as a Variable Dealer Margin (VDM) Program Authoring Specialist.

This role involves supporting dealer program setup in MPS2, managing payment processes and eligibility checks, handling data updates and reporting, working with cross-functional teams on campaigns and process improvements, and helping improve templates and AI-driven initiatives.

As a team player with a problem-solving mindset, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales & Finance teams while managing dealer incentive programs and supporting business operations across Europe.

We offer a hybrid working model with 4 days onsite, shuttle bus service between local train station and the office, cafeteria, and benefits package.
