## Description

Howden is seeking an Apprentice Insurance Consultant to join the Small Business Solutions team. This entry-level role requires no prior insurance experience and offers full training. As an Apprentice Insurance Consultant, you will advise consumers on healthcare products and manage a portfolio of SBS clients to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining accurate records to enable the business to obtain relevant management information

- Advising on health and wellbeing products to achieve the best fit for customer needs

- Conducting comprehensive market reviews to gather sufficient information for suitable recommendations

- Completing supporting documentation in a compliant, timely, and accurate manner

- Ensuring outstanding items, payments, and mandates are followed up regularly

- Developing effective working relationships with employees throughout the business

- Completing the relevant apprentice qualification and training within agreed timescales

Requirements:

- Experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable

- Effective communication and people skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
