## Description

As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in life sciences or a related field

- Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred (i.e. right from Pre-Trials Assessment to Close outs)

- Min. 2 years experience in Project Management or Clinical Trial Management in an MNC

- Min 8+ years in Onsite monitoring experience with 5+ years in MNC

- Should be responsible for complete Site Management

- Should have SEC (Subject Expert Committee) presentation Skills to Regulatory Authorities (Preferred)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials

- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
