## Description

We are looking for a Production Support/SRE Analyst to join our team.

As a production support analyst with mthree, you'll be on a shared mission to look after the technical systems and processes other teams rely on.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving

- Discussing production support activity at a high level, including ITIL, monitoring, DevOps, SRE, and disaster recovery

- Writing basic computer programs in Python

- Using MySQL to perform CRUD operations on a relational database

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM subject

- A GPA of 2.75 or higher

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

- The right to work without needing visa sponsorship
