## Description

The Ibis Budget hotel primarily serves travellers seeking functional and affordable accommodation. As an Auxiliar de Manutenção, you will be responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on checklists for refrigeration machines, air conditioning, telephone equipment, collective antenna, TV and radio appliances, etc.

- Perform daily preventive maintenance plans.

- Replace lamps, reactors, sockets, and other items.

- Inspect parking and garage areas, making necessary repairs and adjustments.

- Carry out all procedures in the area, following Autocontrol processes.

- Verify the functioning of water pumps daily, ensuring hot and cold water supply 24/7, and make repairs to related hydraulic items.

- Maintain the workspace and equipment clean and organized.

- Clean and paint technical areas.

- Organize documents from third-party companies.

- Complete open Work Orders (OS) in the system.
