## Description

The Senior Manager, VAS Business Strategy & Planning role supports the Senior Director of VAS Business Strategy & Planning across strategy, operations, and planning activities. You will lead workstreams and projects related to multi-year strategy development, assessments of significant opportunities and threats, and ensure the Value-Added Services leadership team is equipped with data and insights to meet growth imperatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead workstreams and projects related to multi-year strategy development and assessments of significant opportunities and threats

- Structure and solve business problems by collaborating with internal stakeholders

- Communicate recommendations to senior management and other teams

- Design and manage major planning activities, including annual strategy development and OKR formulation

- Support the creation of materials for meetings such as Board meetings and executive forums

- Proactively manage upwards to pre-empt critical business opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree

- Preferred qualifications include 9+ years of experience, experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, extensive experience in Payments and Financial Services, and structured thinking and analytical skills
