## Description

We are seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to play a critical role in empowering customers to solve complex data problems using the Lakehouse platform.

As a DSA, you will work with large and high-potential key accounts, collaborating across Databricks teams to accelerate platform adoption and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with Solutions Architects to understand Use Case Demand Plans for prioritised customers

- Owning post-technical win technical account strategies and investment plans for key use cases within strategic accounts

- Serving as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders

- Providing technical support and issue resolution for production and go-live status of agreed-upon use cases

- Leveraging Shared Services, such as User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources, as well as escalating to Level 400/500 technical experts when needed

- Creating, owning, and executing proof-of-concepts to accelerate key use cases into production

- Navigating Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs

- Building and maintaining executive-level and detailed program-level success plans covering various workstreams

- Proactively providing internal and external updates and KPI reporting on consumption and customer health

We are looking for candidates with:

- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles

- Experience with architecture-related distributed data systems, such as Data Engineering technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), Data Warehousing (e.g., SQL, OLTP/OLAP/DSS), or Data Science and Machine Learning technologies (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, HPO)

- Strong executive relationship management skills and high levels of technical credibility

- Proficiency in both Korean and English (native-level Korean and business-level English)
