## Description

We are seeking experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to detail to join our team at ABM UK. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the Cleaning Manager and Supervisor.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Office cleaning and workstation cleaning, including IT equipment

- Hard floor cleaning using a buffing machine or scrubber dryer (training provided)

- Vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal

- Cleaning kitchen and vending areas

- Washroom and toilet cleaning

- Pantry cleaning

- Machine carpet cleaning

- Touch point cleaning

- Cleaning crockery

**Requirements:**

- Previous cleaning experience preferred

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Smart, clean appearance

- Ability to work as part of a team and alone

- Proactive and flexible attitude to work

- Punctual, trustworthy, and with a good eye for detail

- Successful candidates will be required to complete a background verification and undergo security checks, including criminal and credit checks prior to start date

**Shift Pattern:**

- Sunday to Monday, 10pm - 7am (including a 1-hour unpaid break)

- 40 hours per week

**Pay Rate:**

- £14.80 per hour
