## Description

We're looking for a Content Lead to join our team at Dineout Mag, a food and beverage media arm of Dineout. As a Content Lead, you will be responsible for leading the creative strategy for the platform, creating engaging F&B content for Instagram, and managing a team of creatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead creative strategy for the platform, covering engaging F&B content for Instagram to meet content metrics and revenue targets

- Collaborate closely with the production team and post-production to ensure written content aligns seamlessly with visual elements

- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adhere to content calendars to ensure regular and timely updates

- Stay attuned to Pune's ever-evolving food scene and translate these experiences into engaging written content

- Attend food events, tastings, and restaurant openings to gather first-hand information for posts

- Monitor Instagram analytics to track the performance of different types of posts and adapt strategies accordingly

- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, overseeing their growth within the organisation

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing for digital or print food or lifestyle platforms

- Excellent writing and communication skills, instinctive design sensibility, and overall understanding of good quality, original content

- Familiarity with Instagram's features, trends, and best practices

- Passion for food and deep understanding of Pune's culinary landscape
