## Description

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Services Architect to join its Professional Services team. This hybrid role, based in Bangalore, Mohali, or Pune, reports to the Sr. Director, Solution Consulting. The successful candidate will provide deep architectural expertise during the scoping, sizing, and positioning of Zscaler Professional Services, ensuring proposed customer engagements are technically sound and aligned with customer zero-trust architectural goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive architecture workshops with enterprise customers

- Serve as primary technical advisor to Service Sales Managers (SSMs)

- Architect custom Statements of Work (SOWs) for complex, multi-product deployments

- Bridge sales and delivery by facilitating seamless handovers of technical requirements

- Drive scoping governance to eliminate scope bloat

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role

- Deep technical fluency in Zero Trust architecture, including Secure Web Gateways (SWG), SASE/SSE, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)

- Proven expertise in translating complex technical architectures into defined project phases and tangible deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leveraging AI-powered sales intelligence platforms

- Exceptional presentation, whiteboarding, and technical communication skills

- Advanced networking or security certifications
