## Description

We're seeking a Chief of Staff, Design to join our team. As a key partner to the VP of Design, you will drive strategic objectives and operationalize Anduril Design initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying forward-thinking initiatives and strategic frameworks for each discipline, facilitating team rituals, collaborating with functional leaders, and supporting planning and execution of design programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in industry or agency environment, demonstrated experience scaling operations for a critical business unit, and excellent communication skills. You will be highly organized, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a deep understanding of creative approach and design processes.
