As a Contract Manager in Santa Clara, CA, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our business operations by managing and optimizing our contractual agreements. **Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and compliance for Enterprise and Commercial agreements.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and product teams, to determine contractual terms and conditions.

- Develop and maintain templates and playbooks for recurring agreements to streamline processes.

- Provide strategic counsel and support to internal customers for contract-related concerns.

- Conduct risk assessments and negotiate contract terms to protect NVIDIA's interests strictly.

- Manage the contract process within the contract management database.

- Ensure NVIDIA can implement requirements outlined in agreements, either by working directly with individuals or through a taskforce you establish and manage.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

- 8+ overall years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years team management experience.

- Proven experience in contract management, particularly in the technology sector.

- Problem solver and technically adept at implementing AI tools at scale.

- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual principles.

- Demonstrated ability to use technology to solve challenges.

- Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated individual who owns their tasks, works independently with little mentorship, and can adjust to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
