## Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Adana. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing distributors, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and develop relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets and growth

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution

- Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their capabilities and performance

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

**Requirements:**

- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry

- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
