## Description

GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government's capabilities in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Smart City Technology, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

We are now looking for a top-notch Salesforce developer to join us in this mission, designing world-class Salesforce applications for Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Public Sector solutions. You will be responsible for gathering project requirements, analysing project objectives/goals, and creating customer workflows and troubleshooting errors, eventually creating dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project.

**Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements

- Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development

- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with 3rd party systems and integrate with WoG components/services

- Adhere to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

**Requirements**

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, API integrations, and security models

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing rules, and governor limits

- Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

- Able to work independently

- Good problem-solving skills and able to provide optimal solutions

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA

- Certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Identity & Access Architect

- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Data Cloud

- Background in enterprise governance, compliance, and technical documentation review
