## Description

We are seeking a professional to join our team as Fiscal/Accounting or Payroll Support (Domain Solutions). As part of our support team, you will work with our Domain Solutions, a suite of integrated technological systems that enable better management, efficiency, and security for accounting professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide support for the Fiscal/Accounting and Payroll modules of the Domain System via phone

- Ensure clarity and accuracy in the information provided to clients

- Guarantee efficient support and problem resolution

- Understand the client's journey and the paths for each need presented

- Intermediates requests for changes and corrections of products

- Practice and promote the organization's values and behaviors

- Stay up-to-date with the evolution of solutions and current legislation in the area

**Required Qualifications:**

- Reside in the Greater Porto Alegre region

- Graduated or studying Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, Administration, or related areas

- Experience with public service or administrative routines

- Ability to work with goals and deliver results

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the Fiscal/Accounting or Payroll area

- Knowledge of the Domain System
