## Description

We are seeking a Project Director to lead our project management team in the Industrial and Mining sector. As a Project Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our projects, leading a team of project managers, and contributing to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the project management team

- Provide strategic leadership to promote best practices in project management

- Conduct reviews of major or critical projects to identify areas for improvement

- Ensure project managers maintain up-to-date project information and submit periodic project health reports

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project coherence and success

- Supervise the overall health of the project portfolio

- Ensure uniform application of project management methodologies, tools, and standards

- Lead complex multidisciplinary projects in the mining, metals, and industrial sectors

- Contribute to business development and client relationships

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field

- Over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management, with at least 10 years in complex project management

- Professional engineer designation

- Experience in the mining, metals, and industrial sectors

- PMP certification an asset

- Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI

- Excellent leadership, governance, team mobilization, and talent development skills

- Bilingualism (French and English) required

- Occasional travel required
