## Description

As our Head of Media, Nearshore, you will lead all our Media craft teams on innovation, quality, and output. You will be the local face of our proposition both internally and externally, challenging team members and supporting them to deliver their best.

Our Nearshore teams are based in Spain, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Hungary, working closely with clients in the UK & Ireland, Benelux, and DACH. You will lead the growth of our nearshore Media team, building the team, shaping the staffing model, and putting nearshore talent on the map across EMEA.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading nearshore Media craft teams on innovation, quality, and output, and growing the team

- Aligning with stakeholders to balance team growth and profitability

- Ensuring technical delivery and quality of work meets client expectations

- Collaborating with project teams across EMEA and allocating resources effectively

- Supporting individual growth and development of team members

- Leading complex international client projects within your area of expertise

- Enhancing the visibility of our nearshore Media capabilities across EMEA

- Continuously improving our Media proposition and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth
