## Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and brand management.

### Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee role involves various key areas:

- **Training**: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your future role.

- **Business Acumen**: Understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products. Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product.

- **Daily Preparation**: Obtain all necessary tools and insights to execute the daily plan effectively. Communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities.

- **In Route Support**: Assist Account Sales Managers with their routes as needed. Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- **Off Route Support**: Support the team with audits, blitzes, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

### Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have a valid US driver's license and obtain a DOT medical card.

- Be at least 21 years of age.

- Have experience in customer service and sales (a plus).

- Be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

- Be fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
