## Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher to join our team at Accor. As a leading hotel group, we operate 5,000 hotels across 38 brands worldwide.

The main objective of this role is to wash and clean dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

- Wash and clean dishes, pots, and utensils by hand or using a machine

- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including equipment, dining rooms, pantries, and food circulation areas

- Apply food safety best practices

- Clean, classify, organize, and store kitchen materials and utensils

- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks such as preparing juices, cutting fruits, and basic meal preparations

- Set up and dismantle dining areas, including arranging and removing dishes, cutlery, and napkins

- Follow guidelines for selective waste collection and water and energy consumption

- Meet area goals and contribute to achieving objectives

- Participate in mandatory training and development programs

- Collaborate with other areas to ensure operational continuity

- Perform other related tasks as required
