## Description

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Communication Specialist to join the Ford Customer Service Team in Szentendre.

## Responsibilities

- Understand and utilize central communications strategies, guidelines, and directions to build Ford Service brand locally

- Manage budget efficiently to support aftersales and communications objectives for digital and social campaigns for Hungary and EDM operations

- Support localization of central assets and develop local assets if required

- Prepare local marketing materials, such as advertisements, direct mails, and leaflets

- Coordinate and execute monthly CRM campaigns

- Support localization of central assets by briefing and monitoring agency work

- Arrange for supply and distribution of communication materials

- Manage company websites' content

- Cooperate with and motivate agency teams to deliver best results for the Ford brand

- Liaise with FCSD Field Force team and Business Development team

- Assist with planning and execution of special events, incentive programs, and meetings

- Test Ford App

- Process invoices and monitor project expenditures

## Qualifications

- University or college degree

- Fluent in English and Hungarian

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Accurate with numbers and administrative tasks

- Eager to learn and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented and systematic thinking with creativity

- At least two years of experience in marketing communications or brand management

- Experience with visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva is ideal
