## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Polestar. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer requests and technical issues through various channels, ensuring high-quality service, adhering to operational standards, and achieving Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide front-line customer support through Polestar channels

- Manage customer issues/service network with a focus on C-SAT and SLA (calls, chats, case management)

- Remotely manage technical and software issues according to global guidelines from Polestar

- Provide technical support for roadside assistance for customers and service network

- Coordinate with the service network to resolve customer issues

- Support technical training for the service network

- Manage business opportunities

- Perform back-office activities, such as creating purchase orders for invoicing, recall activities, and contracts

- Contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (nice to have)

- Valid driving license

- Fluent Italian (written and spoken); B2 English

- Strong customer orientation and results focus

- Ability to work towards objectives

- Technical problem-solving attitude

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Joining and Duration:

- We apply a continuous selection process, and the position will remain open until filled

- The contract has an initial duration of 12 months with the intention of hiring
