## Description

We're looking for a Musketeer - On Premise Specialist to join our team in McAllen, Texas.

As a Musketeer, you will embody the Red Bull brand in the On Premise business, showcasing our premium products in various settings, from trendy restaurants and bars to exclusive events.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a Red Bull Ambassador, bringing the brand to life and establishing relationships with key influencers and business partners

- Taking charge of On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to win them

- Providing business consultancy to customers, strengthening relationships and achieving mutually beneficial increases in earnings

- Utilising your sales and negotiation skills to surpass marketing and sales goals

- Analysing sales and customer data to develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer

Requirements:

- Established contacts within the industry or the ability to make them quickly

- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, marketing, sales, or as an entrepreneur

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in iPhones, iPads, and Microsoft Office

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of sales processes and ability to analyse data

- Must be at least 21 years old and fluent in English
