## Description

Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Data Scientist to support insight initiatives for the Data and Analytics team. The successful candidate will turn raw data into decisions, reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on research, data exploration, and analysis to drive decisions and strategies for user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

- Provide insights into user behavior, answer key business questions, and support A/B test design and analysis.

- Build and maintain reliable data models and pipelines for the wider organization.

- Carry out projects in machine learning for behavioral segmentation and monetization.

- Design, build, and maintain clear Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Debug and problem-solve issues to ensure accurate analysis and tools.

- Communicate results and insights to senior stakeholders.

- Coordinate and share best analytical practices within the organization.

- Explore applications of AI and Generative AI to accelerate analysis and uncover new player insights.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI/GenAI trends.

- Contribute to the team's knowledge base and culture.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science).

- Highly proficient in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.

- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Amazon Redshift) and data transformation tools (dbt).

- Solid experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI.

- Comfortable working with version control (Git/GitLab).

- Robust understanding of advanced statistics.

- Experience designing effective communication and visualization of results.

- Experience in predictive analytics and segmentation.

Nice to Have:

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools.

- Exposure to applying Generative AI / LLMs to analytics use cases.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Software engineering best practices.

- Self-motivation, organizational skills, team spirit, proactivity.

- Passion for games, interest in mobile F2P games.
