## Description

As a Crime Centre Operative at NEXT, you will play a crucial part in protecting retail sites, colleagues, and brand assets. Operating from a fully equipped control room in Dearne Valley, you will proactively monitor and review CCTV, analyse risk intelligence, and process incident reports.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct proactive and retrospective CCTV reviews across allocated sites to identify breaches of policy, stock loss, and acts of dishonesty.

- Log, escalate, and manage safety and security incidents in real time.

- Analyse data sources to spot fraudulent activity and construct detailed intelligence packages.

- Monitor risk intelligence software, media outlets, and global news to spot emerging threats.

- Assist with training new control room team members and prioritise your workload under minimal supervision.

Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience using CCTV systems.

- High proficiency across Microsoft and Google software suites.

- Solid understanding of retail stock loss and fraudulent behavior.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to remain composed under pressure and think critically.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-motivation.
