## Description

We are seeking a Sales Leadership Training Manager to initiate and develop sales leadership training strategies to drive agency growth. You will work with dynamic colleagues who are experts in their fields and be inspired by leaders who will help you reach your potential.

**Job Description:**

- Develop and implement sales leadership training strategies to drive agency growth in terms of active recruiters and young leaders.

- Create and monitor agency strategies for productivity growth and team development.

- Design and deliver tailor-made agency training programs to enhance advisors' competency in sales professionalism and client services.

- Cultivate a recruitment culture within agencies.

- Develop IANG and MCI-focused training programs.

- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and analyze results.

- Develop and groom a pool of trainers in course content development and training delivery.

- Collaborate with other departments to boost agency sales and attract quality agency force.

- Communicate key information and company directions to the agency force and gather feedback.

- Establish rapport and trust within agencies through relationship management.

- Ensure effective communication and relationships between the company and agency.

- Monitor program logistics, training records, and performance reports.

**Job Requirements:**

- Degree holder.

- At least 10 years of experience in management, developing, training, and educating sales management and field force, direct sales, and management involving financial products.

- Expert knowledge of the insurance industry, business operations, and products, with emphasis on agency distribution systems.

- In-depth understanding of adult learning philosophies and their application to course development and delivery.

- Solid experience in end-to-end training curriculum development and delivery (face-to-face and online).
