## Description

As a Workplace Specialist at Ubisoft, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the studio operates seamlessly and maintains a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

You'll be responsible for:

- Ensuring facilities are optimised to support the studio's needs

- Coordinating events and overseeing health and safety practices

- Managing physical operations and repairs

- Replenishing vending and coffee machines

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Experience in a workplace/facilities office/coordinator role

- Understanding of general office health and safety practices, facilities management, and event coordination

- Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

- Exposure to health and safety practices such as housekeeping checks, fire marshalling, or first aid
