## Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Zug in Rotkreuz. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, from scheduling appointments to vehicle return. Your tasks will include:

- Managing customer relationships from appointment scheduling to vehicle return

- Handling dialogues with customers, including express and walk-in services

- Planning and coordinating work orders between the workshop and customers

- Preparing cost estimates

- Ensuring smooth repair order processing

- Compiling and explaining transparent customer invoices

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician and further education as a customer service advisor

- Several years of experience in the premium automobile sector (desirable)

- Very good knowledge of Porsche vehicles (desirable)

- Excellent German and English language skills, with French language skills being an advantage

- Strong team and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office products
