## Description

We are seeking an intern to join our Operations/Retail team from February 2027 to August 2027. The hourly range for this role is $19/hr-$21/hr.

Responsibilities:

- Manage general project tasks and resource allocation

- Maintain data via SAP and create Excel presentations

- Develop process improvements and analyze projects

- Assist in ongoing process workflows in Operations/Logistics

- Provide tactical support to achieve organizational objectives

- Support Corporate Retail stores and prepare meeting materials

- Create and analyze sales reports to monitor the business

- Ensure compliance and support marketing plan activities

- Coordinate retail activities with the German parent company

- Manage core assortment and weekly replenishment orders

- Collaborate with store managers and support the Head of Retail

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate or junior/senior student in Business with a focus on Operations/Retail or a comparable field

- Previous internship or work experience preferred

- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative

- Ability to solve complex problems and troubleshoot issues

- Knowledge of German is a plus
