## Description

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role provides Level 2 functional production support, investigates complex finance-system issues, and delivers controlled configuration changes across Oracle Fusion Financials.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials in a production environment and strong knowledge of core finance processes and Oracle Financials modules.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials

- Investigate incidents and accounting or transaction exceptions

- Monitor, run, and troubleshoot scheduled processes, interfaces, data loads, and integrations

- Support month-end and year-end close activities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate approved needs into functional specifications

- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials and deliver controlled system changes

- Assess cross-functional and downstream impacts of proposed changes

- Develop test scenarios and scripts and execute functional, regression, and integration testing

- Support release and deployment activities

- Partner with development, integration, reporting, security, quality assurance, and testing teams

- Create and maintain functional designs, configuration records, process documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles

- Provide user guidance, knowledge transfer, and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Three to five years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

- Functional knowledge of core Finance processes and Oracle Financials modules

- Experience with Oracle configuration, Subledger Accounting, scheduled processes, approvals, period close, and financial transaction troubleshooting

- Experience gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, and assessing end-to-end process impacts

- Demonstrated experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
