## Description

Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company and Europe's largest security system manufacturer, is seeking a Release Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in release management, ensuring the smooth operation of releases across various platforms.

## Responsibilities:

- Represent releases in communications and decision-making processes

- Escalate issues, incidents, and inter-release dependencies

- Create and maintain up-to-date release schedules

- Collect release artifacts

- Manage the full cycle of incident management

- Organize and conduct Go/No-Go meetings

- Configure and track release metrics

- Ensure feedback loops

- Manage changes and risks

- Maintain transparency throughout the release process

## Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT Release Management

- Understanding of SDLC

- Experience with SAFe is a plus

- Excellent communication skills and interaction with stakeholders at various levels

- Product mindset, proactivity

- Experience working with CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.)

- Technical background in Release Engineering/DevOps/SRE is a plus

- English level: Intermediate+

- Certifications (DevOps/AWS/ PMP, SAFe) - plus
