## Description

As a Senior Manager, BC&P Application Experience at Capital One, you will lead the Application & Conversion strategy for BC&P Channels. Your core mandate is to drive step-change innovation in decisioning strategy, focusing on conversion experiences and application funnel optimization. You will lead a team of analysts and indirectly manage several product and tech teams.

Responsibilities:

- Define the 2-3 year strategic roadmap and testing agenda for destination conversion experiences

- Optimize the application funnel throughput through UX optimization testing and friction reduction measures

- Lead step-change innovation in decisioning strategy, including testing and scaling Soft Pull Direct Apply

- Reshape underwriting strategies to incorporate upstream marketing and risk signals into decisioning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis

- At least 3 years of experience in qualitative analysis

- At least 1 year of experience in people management

- At least 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business or a quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis

- 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis

- 2+ years of experience in people management

- 2+ years of experience in product development

Salary:

- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 per year

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 per year
