## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we're their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations, or defective goods.

We're building one of the fastest-growing Social Security Disability practices in the country, and we're looking for experienced attorneys who want to hit the ground running. You don't need a decade of experience, but you do need drive, a sharp mind, and a genuine desire to fight for people who have nowhere else to turn.

As a Social Security Disability attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you'll represent clients through all stages of their claims, prepare them for hearings, and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges. You'll manage a substantial caseload, work closely with experienced case managers and support staff, develop legal strategies, and build compelling cases for clients.

Our compensation is designed to reward productivity and successful outcomes. In addition to a competitive base salary, attorneys participate in a bonus structure tied to resolved cases and annual fees, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly increase their overall earnings.

You'll inherit a robust caseload and consistent pipeline of clients, allowing you to focus on practicing law rather than generating business.

Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school

- Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar

- Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred)
