## Description

ElevenLabs is looking for an Events Lead to plan and execute impactful events across Latin America. The role involves developing and executing event plans, organising conferences and workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating compelling event messaging, managing event budgets and timelines, analyzing event performance, and building relationships with sponsors and partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of events experience, with at least three in tech event marketing, native or fluent Spanish speaker, English fluency, deep knowledge of the LATAM tech ecosystem, and experience working with regional event agencies and production partners.
